They like to take their time with orders. If the wait time says 20 minutes, expect to wait over an hour for your food.
The lines are usually insanely long and while the staff try their best, sometimes the food is lacking

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A EVER. The workers are rude and work with no urgency whatsoever, one employee in particular was on... her phone (mind you they don?t even wear gloves) while my food was sitting there waiting to be handed out. If you order at thislocation expect it to take and hour. This location needs better management and need a visit from corporate because somethingisn?t right here.
