Beware!! Very disturbing!! We would give 0 stars if we could. My husband and I got fried chicken and had it delivered. They said... within an hour for delivery. We also had a free delivery coupon. Well it was well over an hour as my husband kept on calling tofind out where are food was? They kept saying they were short on delivery drivers. Why didn't you say that in the first place?When he finally arrived I gave him the coupon and he walked away to his car. I never signed the slip or gave a tip. The bill was$21.22. the chicken was terrible and way overcooked. I looked at my debit card and was charged $26.22. I contacted them and theysaid the driver added $5 tip and manager saw no signature. They said they would refund us the $5. Never got it yet. Hmmm. It'sthe simple fact that the driver just did fraud. I did contact the police and they are fully aware of what took place. We alsojust had the night time shift manager (Hana) call back and tried to bribe us by taking off this review and she would refund usthe whole amount plus give us a $10 credit for the next purchase. I told her absolutely NOT! Why? So, it can happen to otherpeople and you don't want people to know what you are doing? I also put in a phone call to corporate office. This is some of the best pizza you'll find in the area, and definitely the best for the price. There is a bit of a wait,... especially if you order the thick crust, so I recommend ordering first and then driving to pick your food up. There aren't anytables to dine in, so you'll probably want to return home once you get your pizza. I love the thick crust pizza here, and wouldstrongly recommend the establishment for you. Read more
These folks have ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PIZZA for the money!! I had a small delivered & spent $25.00 that included a $7.00 tip... though & it was so worth it!! Neil took care of this old truck driver who was staying on the yard in West Chicago!! He, & thedelivery driver, were quick & efficient as well with handling my order!! A small, & I can eat a LOT, got me full tonight fordinner (late) & still have enough left for tomorrow sometime. Just threw it in the fridge & I am done for the evening. I will goout & walk around the lot about 25 to 30 times & then off to bed. THANKS TO EVERYONE that was involved in my order tonight!! Allof you who read this get some & I promise you WILL be VERY SATISFIED with your choice!! We?ve been frequenting this place for a good 18 years and have always had an amazing experience. The staff is always helpful and... the pizza is delicious! We?ve catered many kids birthday parties from here and the manager, Neil, is always very willing to helpus find the perfect package and offer great deals for event.
