I want to give 5 stars for the lady who worked the front of the restaurant this evening (August 31,2022). Orders were backed up... taking at least an hour. Multiple people waiting. Disgruntled customers. Lots of DoorDash orders (dashers dropping ordersbecause of the wait). She handled the craziness so professionally. She kept everyone aware and continued to apologize. The food isn't the problem. However the wait time is absolutely horrible. The staff is not being utilized to the best of... their ability. Alot of standing around on both sides the counter. I?m from a different state & I usually love Wingstop so I decided to visit this location with a friend who has never had it... before? well that was literally the worst decision I?ve ever made. This is hands down the worst wingstop I?ve ever been to.
