Wanted some halo halo, found this place. Never heard of them before. Was surprised it a Philippino like fast food. They got so... much options. I was already full, Will return to try their food. The halo halo was good as expected. Read more
Takes me back to my childhood forsure! Seriously obsessed with the siopaos here. I love the asado but the bola-bola ones are my... absolute favorite. I haven't had their halo-halo in awhile but I loved it! I didn't know they had boba in it now so that was alovely surprise. My mom insisted I tried the fried siomai and I'm glad I did! I love that it's crunchy on the outside and softon the inside. Last but not least, get the buchi! if you're a red bean fan, then it's a real treat. They have a sign that saysthey're understaffed so service isn't fast, just keep that in mind. They're more mom & pop and less fast food but their serviceis great and everyone is really nice. If you haven't ate at chowking have you really lived? I highly suggest the fried chicken, orange chicken, asodo siaopao,... pancit canton, they also have amazing soups and the garlic rice is absolutely amazing. Chowking is life???????? Read more
