I like this place, the services flow and the staff is on top of things, I enjoy my coffee time and working on my notebook here.... However, the side baguette I often order is consistently under-baked and relatively soft, unlike most of their surroundinglocations which are solid and crunchy. Not sure if side items are sub-quality, the aging oven or to do with the particularkitchen person. It reminds me of the saying, soft pastries could be for those who are toothless :) I have bright and strongteeth though! Read more

To be fair I used the app just to claim a deal. Ordered the Baja Bowl with chicken. The app explained to me that they were out... of tomatoes but I could replace them with something else. (Yes. For an extra charge. I could always add items weather or notthey have tomatoes.) The food was ready when I arrived but I took the bowl out and it was the smallest portion of food. Youcould see the empty space where the tomatoes were supposed to be. At first I thought they forgot to add the chicken but Ifinally found a couple pieces. They must've ran out of chicken as well. This next comment has more to do with the app then itdoes with this particular location. There's too many in app offers that pop up. It's a bit deceiving in telling you you canreplace items when really it's just telling you you can add extra items for extra charge. I like tipping... no... I LOVE to Tippeople for their Good Service. If a waiter is very attentive and friendly I'll give a 30 or 35% tip. What I don't like is aprogram that asks how much I'd like to tip before I've even received my service. While checking out the app asks how much I'dlike to tip. $2 $4 $6 or other amount. It doesn't even give a ,(no tip option). If I love my service I'd rather just leave acash tip at the location. Now I'm imagining that the reason my portion was so stingy is because I chose the (other amount)option and only gave a dollar for a service I hadn't received yet. Had I tipped more and received the amount of food I receivedI'd have felt even more disappointed. The food Tasted pretty good and I even enjoyed the slice of baguette that they give withyour order but I guess inflation has really affected this location as well because it seemed like they were rationing theirbowls. Or maybe they were just running out of more ingredients. It's just too expensive for the amount of food. Read more

Good spot for cyber cafe. Lots of power outlets. AC was cold. Outside seating available if so desired with umbrella covering.... Plenty of parking. Food is standard fare. My fork did come with extra dried food on it but it can happen anywhere. Somethingeveryone should be aware every time at a diner. Update Oct-2022: now the masks are off, the place lively up a bit with biggercrowds. Service is adequate just need to ask(response is immediate). Read more

It would have been a great experience if it wasn't for the person who took my order. I know we all go through something every... now and then but I think we should learn to NOT bring it to our workplace. From the moment she took my order till we finishedthe transaction, no friendliness whatsoever. She did not say "Good morning". No greeting at all. She was rushing my order. Othercrew would usually ask "Would you like to try _____" but not her. Not even a "Thank you" once we finished the order. And whatis sad about this is that she's a Team Lead. If she has this type of attitude, what would she teach her subordinates. Anyways, I hope that people learn the true meaning of customer service. Panera's menu prices is not cheap. We spend a good amount ofmoney every time we visit this place. I really hope we experience better customer service in the future. Read more

It was my first time going to panera in west covina. I was highly disappointed and disgusted. My bread was stale as can be .... The pickle was all chupada ,There specialty drinks all needed to be refilled and was so extremely sweet we had to put half water. The tomatoes in the sandwiches were soggy and the peel of it was like plastic I had to keep pulling it out of my mouth sincechewing wasn't helping break it down my . The mac and cheese was half filled in the cup and wasn't even warm. The wholerestaurant was extremely filthy! Wads of hair all over ! There was trash under majority of the tables and the tables were dirtyso I had to clean a table off. There was only teenagers working so maybe that's the issue . Seem like no kind of structure orpride in that store. My family and I will definitely not be returning nobody enjoyed their food and definitely not theenvironment. Read more
