Service is average nothing outstanding. Very frustrating with their rewards program. Every time we go to use a discount or a... free reward, there are always problems. Management is horrible. They never offer an apology or even talk to us. It's alwaysthe servers or hostess. Someone needs to fix this. It feels like they don't want you to use for discounts. Then why have aloyalty program? But as always this will go ignored, just like when we ask to speak to a manager when we were there.. Read more
I?ve been to this location many times and have always had good experience, but today I just had to leave a review. Lisa Rene was... my server and she was amazing- very attentive to not only my table, but all her other tables as well. She made sure that ourfood tasted good and came out how we wanted. She also made sure we received our refills on drinks and fries in a timely manner.Can?t forget to about the cooks- they did great as our food was the perfect temperature and tasted fresh. Read more
