I have been going to Bar Louie for a couple years now and have always been a big fan of it. Until recently where I?ve ran into... issues. I don?t know what happened but almost every time I go now something is wrong, and this time just solidified my thoughtson my recent experiences. Tonight I ordered the wings and some of them came out quite literally raw. When I showed thewaitress, she just apologized and didn?t do anything about it. I would?ve expected new wings or something you know? I justcouldn?t believe the carelessness of something so serious. Nice atmosphere and food was okay. Didn?t get food correct in the order, took awhile to get this fixed. Bartenders... unfortunately spent more time cleaning and doing Tina? things in the register than checking on customers. I would think if thefood didn?t come out correct, someone would check his out is after it arrived, instead I went without a refilled drink until Iwas done eating. If the business wants to succeed you might want to check in with your customers that are there. Finally wastold they would comp the meal, but instead gave me 20% off and the bartender said hope you have a good night. Had my creditcard out to pay and they cashed out the other patrons next to me still without checking on me and I had to ask someone to cashme out.
