I love this Casey?s! I?m a regular here, and the morning manager has gone above and beyond. I ordered a pizza, and they deliver... through DoorDash. The DoorDash driver messed up and the manager made sure to fix it, sent a new pizza and made sure that Iremained a happy customer. Thank you so much to all of the employees. You all rock. Read more
Like their pizza very much but they've started using Door Dash for delivery and it's horrible. The wait time they give is much... increased. Half hour after it should have been delivered I called and learned the pizza had been set on our porch. Of courseit was cold. They agreed to send out another. Waited 2 hours to get a pizza. Plus.a woman I dealt with was downright nasty. Didn't understand why we were upset. Read more
6:30am. It's a busy time with people on the way to work. Older guy working the register doing his best to keep up while the... other cashier decides to stock the candy isle. 8 people standing in line. Not very good team work or customer service on herpart.
