Long winded review ahead- After forgetting to take out dinner this morning we decided on chicken for dinner, when our original... choice closed at 4p we opted for the one and only Chick-fil-A. I submitted an order online and arrived roughly 10 minutes beforethey closed for pick up. 2 minutes to closing I get a phone call verifying where I'm parked only to realize I idiotically wentto the wrong location, instead of telling me "tough luck, we're closed" they said no worries drive on over and give us a call,we'll bring it out! As a mama with 2 hungry under 5s and a very fussy 10 week old in my back seat I am both relieved and sograteful for the exceptional service and kindness the staff showed me today.
