I'm sitting here now waiting for an order that I tried ordering by phone which is off the hook and has been for over an hour.... One of the famous sandwiches I wanted and someone else that came in after me wanted and we were told there was NO MORE of theCAPASTIMI MEAT. WORST Capriotti's around! This store is giving the whole chain a bad name. It's just a bunch of kids who don't want to work... and it seems like either the manager is NEVER there on weekends or they are lying when you ask for one. They don't answer thephone, it's 'off the hook' most Sundays. I went there in person because they wouldn't pick up the phone and while I was there Icalled the store and it went to a 'busy' signal even though NO ONE WAS ON THE PHONE. A customer walked in that same day andsaid something about the phone not working and the kid behind the counter just said "oh, I dunno" and walked away, he didn'teven get the persons order. You get ignored most of the time when you walk in. The cheesesteak was skimpy, with hardly anymeat inside. I've been told they were "out of rolls" NUMEROUS times on various days of the week while trying to order within anhour of closing. The entire place should be fired and restaffed and that includes management who clearly doesn't care. Read more
Look I don?t like being a Karen at all because i hate those type of people. It was terrible. Looked like it was pre made. Tried... to call and explain situation so no one else has to deal with the situation but they the phone off the hook and made it a busysignal. The Italian Hoagie with EXTRA meat had less meat then the original sandwich. The Italian sandwich tasted like wetlettuce. The cheesteak was so bland that i needed to add more ketchup to make it seem taste decent. My dog could make a bettersandwich. Whoever owns this place should shut it down immediately. Zero stars again. Thought I would give new management a chance but again got a lettuce and bread sub. Very disappointed. Don't... eat here unless you want a lettuce sub!!!!! $60 on 4 subs.
