The ice cream is great but they need to step up their customer service and staff more workers.

I am new to the Hartford area and I?ve been to this establishment a few times since coming here. Today I went in and there were... three employees up front and one of them was cleaning. There were no other customers inside the store and two of them walked offand started doing something else and didn?t ask if I need help or anything. The after a while the one that was cleaning upstopped and served me. While she served me the other two employees came from the back and started doing things up front. The wasan a couple that walked in and they spoke to them an welcomed them and asked if they needed help right away after I had to standthere for a while for help.
