Only one person was working and then another lady walked over and told those in line that Starbucks was ?closed?... at 4:45pm.... She also wouldn?t respond why saying it was personal. Read more
Both employees were outside smoking cigarettes when I came into the entrance. Myself and a few other waiting in line for 3 or 4... minutes with no employees available. Neither employee washed their hands upon returning. The person that made my drink pouredit, used the ice, etc, without washing their hands. I took my drink in a rush and never touched it because I was so grossed out.Basic hygeien practices not being met here. Read more
