They are super slow and great at messing up your order. Also they're often out of many menu items. Today I was there in the left... order lane and sat there for a few minutes. Finally I said "hello?" We came in and ordered from the kiosk, which did not have receipt paper. We sat for 10 minutes in an empty dining room for our... food. Eventually we were asked if we were the online order, we said no, we ordered at the kiosk. They had our meal in a to gobag, not dine in. After having to ask for our drink cups, the ice machine had zero ice and we had to get from behind thecounter. We were then informed that they had zero ketchup for the fries. With the employees just standing around, there couldhave been some tables wiped down, or something done about the flies buzzing around. Wow just wow my food was fresh all of it burger fries everything. This crew was on point and as I was there one of the crew... members was cleaning. They did so good and were keeping thr place clean. I haven't eaten bk in 15 years and this was a foodfirst experience comming back . Read more
