It's Labor Day. What's worse than horrible customer service? How about No customer service!!! I love DnD's coffee, so they get... that 1 star. 4 people working, I'm the only customer at counter and in the whole store. I'm completely ignored, nobody even saysHello to me or looks at me, not once! ...DoorDash guy walks in, hands them a receipt for an order, so 3 of them start fillinghis order. 1 kid cleaning garbage. Pathetic!! I ordered online and on pickup they're out of donuts. Upon asking refund, refused couple of times and ask me to take... coffee on replacement of donuts. After pressing it further, manager give me refund without tax. Read more
Ever since the new renovation, Dunkin? has been improving for the good! I?m glad to see more staff members throughout the day so... service is faster and more efficient. I unfortunately can?t say the same for the Night Shift, they?re a bit understaffed butstill manageable. On the bright side, everything is made to perfection. The store is kept very clean and pleasurable. Thislocation doesn?t have a drive-thru so be prepared to wait in line to order. I?d highly recommend ordering through the Dunkin?app if possible.
