Food always good here...orders accurate. Staff is friendly enough....just takes a LONG time to get your food. On busy... days/nights they really need to beef up staff. Managers/owners should be onsite helping at those times (all hands on decksituations). They need a crew to constantly clean...sticky/wet countertops, trash from straws all over beverage station, crumbson table and floor, etc. I always order pick up, never dine in, even though they have plenty of parking and are in a largeshopping center (which would make it nice to dine there). If I could give this location zero stars I would. They not only gave me the smallest wings possible but the staff was incredibly... rude. I called about they way my food looked and tasted (dry and over cooked) and they were unwilling to give me any kind ofrefund or compensation. DO NOT buy from this location. Read more
Placed an order online and ran errands then went to pick up the food. They had me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 mins... it took me to get there. 50 minutes later the lady offers me an extra dipping sauce for the wait. Told her it wasn?t needed.
