My experience at this Starbucks was unfortunately not the best . I come here all the time and I was really stunned by the... service. I went in this Morning and I asked for a cup of hot water and the girl rudely says to me ? we just can?t be giving outhot water like that ? which is a lie because I?ve gotten some from this location multiple times and as a former barista I knowshe wasn?t telling the truth ! I am writing for a woman friend who was just treated very disrespectfully by a Starbucks employee, a young man with red hair in... a bun. She has been a customer at your Starbucks (Robertson and Santa Monica Blvd in WeHo) since at least 2013 and has alwaysbeen well-treated. This young man needs some extra training in courtesy and customer relations and I'd appreciate a response tothis posting. Gave two stars because of the good customer service I've received from the other associates, but this time, after ordering a... sdwch and a pastry I went back for more hot water for my tea. The associate said; we can't give hot water due to safety. I ask,Is it because of the personal bottle? No, someone threw hot water at us. I say, they could trow coffee too. He goes, it's thestore policy. I am just wondering when he's gonna run out of excuses for denying me service. I ask can I buy hot water then? Hereplies NO! So I buy a tea just to get the hot water and you can see how disgruntled he is to have to finally give me the darnitem. He then denies to give it in a larger cup as I obviously bought the smallest size since I didn't even need one tea bag,let alone two, which come with the grande sizes.
