It used to be good. But after the remodel and the adding of 2 drive thrus the service is so slow. I realize everyone is short... staffed but no one should sit in line for an hour before they can order. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. The only niceone is the old guy at the cashier inside. Whatever "shift manager" I assume she thinks she is (she had no badge on) refused torefill a drink saying that the old guy at the register had to do it, even though he was busy ordering with 10+ people in line.She yelled that the others had to stay at the window for those orders yet no one was doing anything. Plus the time she took toargue with me she could have just filled the drink. Read more
