Worst experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurants! I waited over 45 minutes for 4 burgers, 3 chili cheese fries... and a hot dog kids meal and when I finally got my food I was missing a burger and then when they made it they made itincorrectly and when I said just give me it the kid threw it in my bag and the majority of the workers were rude! Also afterwaiting 45+ minutes you would think I would have hot fresh food, but nope it was cold! I know that times are hard right now andpeople are short staffed, but they should've been upfront about it and not told me it would be 7 to 10 minutes and theyshouldn't have been rude, if that were the case I wouldn't be giving a bad review because I understand things happen, but thiswas beyond that. I ordered from the A&W menu the papa Burger combo. I asked for no pickles and crispy fries. The hamburger was cold, no tomatoes,... no lettuce and I got 9 soggy and cold fries. Because the lobby is closed and there we was a line on the drive thru, I was unableto to talk to the staff. We tried going into the lobby but it was closed and the staff didn't come to the door. I paid 10dollars for a very disappointing meal. Not what I am used to with A&W. Read more
It wasn't the best. We got there close to closing time. But we ordered chicken fingers and got original recipe, no butter or... honey for our biskets, no forks or napkins. We had to wait for the food to be prepared (25mins) which wasn't a bad because itwas fresh but the lack of condiments and the correct food made it disappointing. Read more
The person taking our order at the drive through sounded like she was on her last good nerve. 2 of our burgers looked like... someone punched them inside of a jeans pocket. The root beer freezes and chicken strips were excellent. Read more
