We went here on a Wednesday for my best friends bday dinner. It was a group of 8 people we were seated pretty quick. Right... away our waitress asked for drinks and appetizers. They have a lot of options a lot of good food! The only downside is thatthey don’t do complimentary bday dessert you actually have to sign up for their rewards AND it takes a few weeks to getthere. When we got there the server told us to sign up and we would get the reward right away - well that wasn’t the case andthey charged us for them 8.99 each as we were celebrating 2 bdays. We explained to them what we were told and the manager madeit right. They also ran out of salsa for the chips and salsa which I found odd. Read more

Me and my family wanted to have a cute and fun Monday lunch so we went to chili’s. As we got into the restaurant there was... already a long wait, we sat on the hard benches for about 30 minutes. Once we sat down it was smooth, we ordered our apps. andthey were quick and quite good I might add, I had ordered the bacon ranch burger but once everyone’s food came I took a lookat mine and it wasn’t the food I had ordered so I sent it back and once the waitress came back with the right food it wasn’tgiving what it was supposed to give. Also I was looking at what to order I had taken a look at the prices and in my opinion theywere overprice for their mid level food. I would eat there again but not get the bacon ranch burger. Went to this Chili's restaurant in West Jordan part of celebrating my Birthday earlier with the family. After finding out the... meal I got wasn't what I expected, the manager here, brought me another meal and went up and beyond to make me and my familyhappy! I mean what a great guy ,such a good food, good service, such a great manager!!! It has been a while since I've gone toa restaurant and been treated like Royalty!
