Good burgers, great Chocolate Custard, their frozen Custard is fantastic. We get food here on a regular basis and it is... consistently good if you like the slightly greasy style of burger with plenty of flavor like I do. Always have loved this Culver?s location. The food has always been good, employees are friendly, and the store is clean but to... tonight I witnessed something especially great. When I was passing by, I happened to see a few of the employees helping acustomer jumpstart their car that was stuck in the drive-thru. Safe to say their customer service is outstanding. Great food, when they get your order right. EVERY time we get food at Culvers in West Jordan they mess something up. This... location has a bunch of teenage employees who are more interested in socializing with each other than on people's orders. In thecurrent economy, having to burn gas to go back and get food that we paid over $50 represents a huge inconvenience and financialstrain. I realize that it's hard to keep staff in these times but if people want to keep employees they need to train them withcompetence and common sense. Read more
