Waited in drive thru for 40 minutes. Won't acknowledge the vehicle until they are ready to take order. Decided not to order... because I sat at the board waiting for service with only a please wait AFTER I asked if I could order. I pulled around thecorner and the guy who ordered 15 minutes ago was still waiting at the pickup window with another car in front of him. AbsoluteBS. Just close if you can't manage the crowd. It's hit or miss here and today was Miss. Read more

I?ve ordered delivery from them twice. Both times Enrique dropped it off at some ransoms location and wouldn?t answer my calls... or texts to tell him it was wrong. I lost both meals and $40. Don?t order from them, because they are bad communicators. Read more

Update 9-2022: I am reminded of those times when, as a child 30 years ago, I would join my mom for the trip to grab the Little... Caesars Pizza. I remember the smells, the sounds, seeing a friend there, but I most easily remember the brown tile. The LittleCaesars location of my youth is long gone, but I take heart in knowing that it was the last store to leave the mini mall thathas long since been destroyed. Life, and maybe even time, are cyclical. I am an adult now, and yet, here I sit, once again, waiting for my Little Caesars order to be up. The smells and sounds have not changed. The tile has (a more modern off white). But I and we have changed. The world has marched on. Our society is dramatically different than it was 30 years ago. Everyonehere, myself included, has their eyes inclined towards their phone. We now carry the burden of a pandemic and rampantpolarization. Inflation is at a 40-year high. Through all this, Little Caesars has remained. Pushing forward with noexpectation of great fanfare or renown. Locations will close. Buildings torn down. And yet other stores will open up. Pizzaswill continue to be made. Perhaps there is a resilience inside of the heart of Little Caesars that we could learn from. Maybeit can serve as a reminder that pizza, just like the indomitable human spirit, is inevitable. Update: no one, not even thisLittle Caesars, has escaped the tough economy. They still provide pizza, crazy bread, and subsequent indigestion. What they'velost in the ability to serve up that triumvirate in an efficient manner. Whether your order on the app, in the drive thru, or instore, it is tough to know what to expect and, most importantly, when to expect it. This bothered me for several months, andduring this time I banned the ordering of Little Caesars within my household. It was the pleas of my children that eventuallyturned my heart towards forgiveness. I returned. I have accepted the service shortcomings. They have become part of the e Read more
