I usually love thirst but we were waiting at the window that said to not pull forward for about 5 minutes and we saw employees... walking around the store. We pulled to the next window and they took our order but the girl at the window ran away and startedplay fighting with her coworker. Read more
Thirst did a great job catering my wedding! My guests loved the pretzels! And we never ran out!
Edit: Customer service reached out and they made it right by giving us free drink credit. Original review: Love the drinks but... my order today was wrong. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with coconut cream, peach, pineapple, and a lime wedge. I ended up with a DietCoke with a lime wedge. Sadly, my fiancé and I didn?t realize it was a different drink until after we got home and I dumped itout. It might be helpful if the staff read back the order first to make sure it?s accurate.
