If you're considering Departure Lounge for care and concern of the individual, I would look elsewhere for a boutique travel... arrangement. They do not care about their customers, only profit. We cancelled our trip about 3+months out due to finding outthat my wife was pregnant. Upon notification the only relay they had was about their nonrefundable cancellation policy. This isa pathetic response without solution. At three+ months away, any reservation should be easily refundable and this is either asign that they are selfish or don't have appropriate agreements to serve their customers ???? Departure Lounge had not even asolution for rolling forward credit or finding a replacement traveler. Consider yourself warned. This was only the last weekand a half of our month and a half trip to Europe. Everyone else 100% refunded our money, and went above and beyondexpectations. Now, I could see if this trip were within a month, but this happened last month and we are still 2 months awayfrom the trip. Go elsewhere. Read more

I called Departure Lounge to help me plan a trip to Kauai. In addition, because I love the atmosphere at their location. I... found a travel agent named Andrea Keene. She was super helpful in the planning process and the time slot in which we were ableto travel there could not have worked out more perfectly in between the Island re-opening post Covid and pre-Delta. Andrea paidso much attention to detail and we absolutely loved the place that we stayed. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Andrea and I were in touch after our trip and we were able to share local info for her future clients. I will definitely usethem again for any and all upcoming Vacations. My partner and I were visiting his family and we always wanted to go and experience an evening at Departure Lounge. From the... moment we stepped out of the elevator on the 15th floor our evening began with the great decor and the warm welcome from thestaff. We got our cocktails and stepped out on the patio and enjoyed the skyline of the city. There were eight in our party andwe had a Beautiful booth. We decided to just get small plates (a lot) and every plate was just an unbelievable experience frompresentation to taste. The service was also excellent. Big shout out to the chef, amazing!!!!!
