Hello, I went to the McDonald's drive-thru at 11920 Wilshire Blvd., West Los Angeles, CA 90025. A sign indicated: ORDER HERE. ... To my left was a damaged, dirty, black glass screen with no light, no menu. I told a male worker over the drive-thru intercomthat I have no idea what the choices are. He had no comeback, and obviously no control over this unfortunately poorly-runMcDonald's. I drove to the cashier window and asked for the manager. A black, female manager came over, and I told her thatthe drive-thru menu screen is broken and this is a nice part of Los Angeles, not a tiny backwoods jungle. SHE REPLIED THAT THEMENU SCREEN HAS BEEN BROKEN ALL YEAR! I asked her to get it fixed, and she rudely replied, "I'm not the general manager." IOBVIOUSLY LEFT WITHOUT ORDERING ANYTHING. Horrible staff. Annie w pink hair actually cursed in Spanish when asked to take our order.. Manager Angela allows her employees... to be disrespectful. Derelicts surround the place. It's not the people I have a problem with, no restaurant should allow peopleto congregate at the doors forcing you to part a shady crowd to get inside. Read more
Place is always short staffed in the mornings. Which then effects the morning rush and manager on duty could careless about it.... Lobby was closed and i had ordered through the App not knowing it was closed due to Staff shortage. Tried to get their attentionthrough glass to no luck and had to walk to drive thru window. They told me my order wouldn't go through unless they approvedit. I was later charged for my food that i didn't even receive. Rip Off. Read more

I asked.for a chocolate shake. When it came out, there was some red stuff.on the side of the holder. When asked the guy in the... window said "its just strawberry syrup. Not a bug deal" loks lime that started to make a mistake, but didn't want to throw outthe glass. Cheeseburgers looked as though they had been set under books and the really needed to change that overused frygrease. I only had a little bit of time before I had to go npo so I ate it any way.
