So far I?ve come to Firehouse three times, and the subs are always amazing. However, the last two times I?ve come in to order, I... feel extremely uncomfortable. It started on the second time I went to get a sub. I ordered the same thing as always (veggie subwith wheat bread), the sub had cheese on it, and since I cannot eat cheese I went back to ask for a new one. I was unaware thatthe sub had cheese on it , because when a cashier was listing the ingredients for me she didn?t include cheese. That wasn?t aproblem at all, the problem was when I explained my situation to an employee, they proceeded to laugh while on the back line.This continued throughout the making of my sub. What?s so funny? I decided to brush it off, because it was silly on my part. Ijust went again today, for the third time. Immediately as I walk in the same employee( a line cook with glasses, and a firehousehat on) made a smart remark to the rest of the line. The line, him included, started to laugh?making me uncomfortable onceagain. I look at him to let him know I noticed, and he just turned away. Again, while making my sandwich they are continuing tolaugh and make remarks. I don?t plan on coming back to this establishment, as I always feel unwelcomed. Read more

The size of your sandwich is more bread I ask for small and changed it to medium and they used the same portion of meat they... just spread it out. When I said something they were just quiet and pretended to not hear me. It had one peice of petter novisible or taste of onion and cheese only on half. Temp was good, the GM was in the front did not greet me as he was near thedoor and ignored my inquiries as to size and portions.
