It was a pleasure to see one of the server's that we knew for over 17 years, he was absolutely amazing, engaging and... personable....My Grandson's loved him and was so tickled that he was able to take their orders without writing ? it down....butI expressed that he was always like that, even many years ago. It was a very difficult service to get through as it shouldn?t be given it?s my nephew's tenth birthday. Our cups and utensils... had old food on them so they had to be returned right away. The wait for the service to begin is over 20 minutes and the serversby that point are overworked and fatigued. I gave them 1 star because she tried to turn it around when issues occurred andapologized often. The table lacked simple condiments like salt pepper, syrup, jam, ketchup, and mustard. A lot of yelling andfuss from the back of the kitchen. They charged us over 1.19 per topping of veggies for an omelet and also for his scoop of bdayice cream. We also paid over 2.99 each for a glass of milk, apple juice, and coffee never even offered a refill. Everything wasterrible it was even was old dried food on the side of my seating which made my meal the most uncomfortable. I will never comeback but will be willing to try another location maybe someday! Read more
