The staff is very nice at this location! I go only to this one now because of their service!
Got my order wrong after 2 people had to take it...called to tell them my order was wrong and I was coming back and i asked if... they could go ahead and remake it and it be ready by the time i got back up there..they informed they dont even know what i hadand i needed to bring my receipt and sandwiches...no apology..so I go up there and the one making my new sandwich is holding herhead like it hurts and has to be told to start making my sandwich..an employee who is eating in the dining room chimes in andquestions if I got the sandwiches from this location even tho i have my receipt and she isn't even involved theconversation..and then tells me it was rung up right and they dont know how it happened...I understand mistakes happen...butthese employees know nothing about customer service...they could have cared less for the inconvenience..no apology..no nothing...its ur job to pretend at least like u care...!
