Over priced and over rated. What in the picture cost me $18 + tax and tips. I paid $22 in total but left still hungry. The... waitress was very cold. When the kitchen person served my miso soup, she grabbed the top of the bowl with her entire palmcovering the bowl. It's a turnoff seeing someone's 5 fingers all touching the brim of your soup bowl as Asian soup is supposedto be drank directly from the bowl. Read more
Best sushi in town. This is the real deal. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I like taking my sushi out to eagle rock park... and enjoying a nice lunch with an outstanding view. They sometimes give you a bonus roll which is great because you get to trysomething new. Read more
How did I not post a review for this yet? I could have sworn that I did. In any case, this is an absolutely fantastic sushi... joint, and I have been to many. The music, while certainly not traditional, is enjoyable. The service is wonderful. The food isabsolutely delicious (it might not be something that would usually occur to you, but definitely, definitely get the shrimpballs). And for a sushi place, believe it or not, the pricing is relatively gentle. Without any hesitation, I highly recommendit. Go and enjoy! Read more
They are still doing takeaway only, but there are tables outside where you can have a comfortable time eating if the weather is... good. You order through the website whether you are eating there or not. The same wait time but they will give you soup andsalad to munch on. The staff were very very nice when you flag them down for a question, but you do have to get their attentionbecause they do seem busy. Everyone is making the best of the situation.
