Staff is terrific and the food is great for a franchise. Purchased from this location for years and worked at one for a decade.... This locale's owners does a great job in upkeep and consistency. Food is good but the manager attitude is terrible. After giving me an attitude I asked for napkins, she took off her gloves,... washed her hands and then picked up the napkins to give me wet from the water on hands and then puts the wet napkins back, puton gloves and give me the same wet napkins as if I wouldn?t notice. Afew days later, I went to make an order. The team members did not knowhow to fulfill a large order as one of their team members stated. They didnt know what I was talking about. I was told to tryanother location. The establishment was not as sanitary as was stated i er the phone.(That day I went in was the first time).That was so nerve wrecking and stressful.
