Food was average. Service was TERRIBLE. How hard is it to smile and say hello to your customers? Then after the bad service... you charge me an automatic 18% gratuity on a table of 2. I tried to dispute the gratuity, but they said it was just part oftheir system and they couldn't do anything about it. Funny thing is, I would have left way more if they would have given meaverage service. Avoid this place at all costs! There are many other excellent Cuban restaurants in West Palm Beach. Read more
Coffee is for closers. The best cafe in the state! I?m here at the same seat every morning before my day starts.
Capri was very busy today. I had a Cubano Regular which is my signature sandwich to order along with plantains. This time I was... a bit disappointed as the meat especially the pork was sparce. I have had better ones here in the past. I also don't like thered serving baskets. I don't like them anywhere I go as I feel they are never clean. Today our table was not clean and therewas no effort to clean it when our waitress was at out table. Like I said, they were very busy today. Generally it has beenbetter but today did not cut is for me as I was glad to get out of there as it was warm probably due to so many people. Read more
HOW DARE THEY CALL THIS CUBAN FOOD.. NOTHING CUBAN ABOUT THIS PLACE. Carrots in soup weren?t peeled or cleaned properly. Dry &... weird non-traditional shaped Pastelito/pastry. Cuban sandwich with NO CUBAN bread . DO NOT BE FOOLED & DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.No excuses , you guys should be embarrassed to call this Cuban food. Read more

Went in this morning to grab some pastries and the service was phenomenal. I was well attended and the ladies helping me made... great recommendations! It was busy when I went in, but everyone was being helped out in a timely manner. Food was great and Iwill be definitely coming back more often. Be sure to get a croqueta; best one around! Read more
