Went with my family who were visiting from California. Told them this was a great place to eat and food was good but we were... disappointed by the quality of food today. It has gone down since last time we visited. We ordered the empanadas as an appetizerand the were soggy didn?t seem like were just made. Told the waiters and manager came by and said he could bring us anotherorder but was going to be same quality as the ones we were just served ???????? My family has been coming here for a few years and the food is great. Well seasoned and reasonably priced. They recently... changed the menu and it seems the quality of service has gone down a little bit. I can't say anything about the waitstaff as awhole but we came in today and were served by a Carolina and she ruined our experience. Unfriendly and inattentive, barelychecked on us and when she did it was a glance. She didn't take away the empty cups and bottles even though they were left atthe edge of the table for her. Aside from having her serve my family this is a great place. As someone who has worked in thefood service industry for a long time I know the job is stressful but in a setting where your main job is to interact withpeople you have to leave your problems outside.
