We had such high hopes for this place but we were overall disappointed. The atmosphere was really cute, particularly the outdoor... space. Because it was a hot summer evening we chose to sit inside. AC wasn?t working and by the time we received our drinks, wewere all sweating. The real problem is that when we asked about it, our server seemed not to care about the concern - and thissame attitude persisted throughout the meal. Some examples of the nonchalant service: we had asked for the sauce on the sidewith one of our appetizers, and they left the sauce off altogether. No big deal, but when we asked about it the response was ?ohthey must have misunderstood but at least they didn?t put it right on the dish.? No apology, no offer to go grab a side of sauceand bring it right over. Similar attitude when the wrong cut of meat was brought to the table, actually followed by a remarkunder the breath about it as he was departing the table. The new plate was brought out very quickly after and it was difficultto even cut the meat with a steak knife. I?m not sure what happened there. A glass of wine was forgotten altogether and neverbrought over and a few other snafus. Very mixed experience, but will not be coming back or recommending. Staff: overall nice staff, but lots of mistakes (forgot... main sauce for an appetizer and didn't fix, left a dirty dish from another table by accident, never brought an ordered drink,etc.) Food: delicious smell, salmon was and sauces were delicious, but ribeye was more like a skirt steak (we assumed the wrongone was brought and the person made a snarky comment under their breath that their dog would eat it, then brought it back sayingit was correct but not a traditional American ribeye... I'm not a butcher but am pretty confident a ribeye should not resemble askirt steak) and also undercooked (asked for med rare, it wasn't bloody but center looked more like raw hamburgermeet) Atmosphere: very nice casual feel (inside and out), but the thermostat we were sitting next to read 84 F and it felt likeit!
