bro idk what it is about this hooters but they get my sauce wrong almost every single time. If you don?t have the one I ordered... then let me know and I?ll cancel but don?t just put the wrong one and send it out. So lazy. Swear they have 8th graders onstaff. Once a waitress gave me the wrong sauce and tried to tell me it was the new formula. They take forever to bring outorders even on a slow day. Honestly don?t waste your money. The manager Glen is terrific. He is a hard worker. I was watching him cook in the back to help his staff which was very short... handed. Absolute horrible experience not even sure where to begin. First upon walking in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is... very dirty from the front doors to the sticky tables and filthy floors . Secondly still no menu really?? I guess cutting cost.Lastly after trying to decide what to eat since they no longer have certain sauces etc , once the food did come to the table itwas not at all what Iv Experienced at other hooters. The pretzel bites that?s supposed to come with a beer cheese sauce camewith a disgusting nacho cheese sauce instead , my fries had long black hairs tangled in with them and my wings were bottom ofthe barrel quality. I do not recommend this place at all. They have some serious work to do cleaning up the place to start thenperhaps some kitchen cooking educate. Super disappointed! Read more
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came with 9 other people and was told from the very beginning that they couldn?t split... checks for parties larger than 6 and could take ?different? forms of payment. I was shorted 6 wings when our food arrived butthe server had no problem bringing out 6 more of my wings - FINE. At the end of our dining experience the server then told usthey could only take 4 forms of payment. This has been a very disappointing experience and won?t ever come to this Hooters everagain. I?ve been coming to Hooters for over 15 years and this is not what it used to be. Do yourself a favor and go up thestreet to Twin Peaks for better food, service and professionalism. Read more

Attempted to eat here tonight. There were approximately 10/15 total customers in there restaurant a d numerous staff milling... about. We waited almost 10 minutes to "be seated", which is when the host told us to sit anywhere we wanted and that she wouldsend a server. Found the least dirty table and waited for a server. After about 10 more minutes we left. As we were leaving wesaw 4/5 waitresses at the host station on their phones and talking. Won't ever come here again. Read more
