Disappointed. I?m giving a three stars assuming that the food will be good. I made an online order and it?s been past 20 mins... since it was supposed to be ready, nothing yet. The place seems overwhelmed by the rush hour. The manager was doing great byhelping everybody else in the kitchen. The food was good. Read more
One star cause I can't give 0. Made an online order, said was going to be done at a specific time. Got to the restaurant, asked... for the order, not done, neither mine or other people with online orders. Every 15 mins any of the ones waiting, includingmyself, asked about what was going on to no answer or fully ignored us! ONE HOUR LATER, we where all concerned, I asked for arefund, manager came, told him about what was going on, for an specific employee denying that we where asking about our food.Thank God everyone was there to prove the employee wrong. I am original from conn and know a great pizza. I especially enjoy the crust which always seems to be cooked just right. Prices... are very reasonable and they even have daily slice special with a soda . Its a great way to try them out before buying a fullpie, which once you try it,I believe you will come back again and again! Read more
This place is pretty good. I enjoyed the Pina Colada drink as well as their rice and Beans. They did forget my Cilantro Garlic... sauce but they did give it to me after I went into the store after going through the drive through. Read more

Pollo tropical is one of the only fast food restaurants that I will actually eat at. I find the food to be healthy and, it's... hard to fake beans and chicken. Avoid certain locations like the plague, because poor employees make poor food. I literallydrive miles away from my house passing a Pollo tropical along the way, because the food is always dry, and it's like night andday difference to go to a better area. You would think you would have uniformity in a fast food restaurant, but the bad part oftown literally has terrible food and you go to the good part of town up the road, and the food is delicious at the exact samerestaurant. Also they constantly run out of the sauces that you want, they give you a choice of like 20 things but only everhave one or two. Even if you order your food ahead of time, you will spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for yourorder. Don't even think about ordering from this restaurant at peak times. But, as long as you go to a nice part of town, inoff hours, and don't order ahead.. usually get pretty good food in a pretty short amount of time.
