Every time we go to any pollo store the always screw up at least 1 thing in our order. I went through the drive through and the girl that was at the window was eating and I asked her if everything was in the bag &... she said yeah! When I got home my fried bananas weren't in my bag and they charged me. They were $4.99 but I wasn't going to goback after I was home, they are NO WAY like they used to be! The chicken is so skinny and the portions are way smaller then theywere and they charge you more for smaller amounts and most of the time you don't even get what you order. I will not go backanymore. Two times in a row (about a month apart) this location has forgotten something in my order. I've now paid twice for food that I... did not receive. They're also stingy with sauces- even though I offered to pay for the extra sauce. Customer service needs tobe a priority. Tonight and every other night the black guy Damian struggles he is a very good person with a room full of bad workers the kids... don't seem to want to be organized and they seem to be joint at his hip like lost puppies. Having these young kids in herewithout training makes the service very horrible they're texting instead of serving or making food they're talking during theshift and looking at the customers with attitude instead of helping the other workers work very bad service. Also it sucks to bewaiting in a line when you're next in line behind one person for 35 minutes to be told that you have to go through thedrive-thru.... When you watch them take someone's order.. I'm a customer that comes here on a regular to watch one personstruggle with a team that doesn't seem to want to be there it's very hard especially me being a hard worker...
