Pre ordered a thanksgiving ham, my wife showed up to pick it up and while sitting in line for 30 minutes she was told they were... no longer assisting customers and stopped the line right in front of her. This was the first time I was disappointed with the ham . It didn?t have that special taste that keeps me coming back and... arguing with my husband that it?s worth the money. Hardly any crunchy sugar outside and the color was weird, a little gray andI didn?t heat it. Not that nice pink, none of it. If I was able to look at it like we used to I wouldn?t have taken it basedon that. Understand Covid, but you could put up glass/plastic do people can see what they are getting for $75. Ridiculous. This is like having a fresh honey baked ham in your refrigerator. The sandwiches are seriously delicious. I met the new... staff and these guys are awesome.
