The cake is really good. The fancy cakes look amazing, but if you need writing or outlining in icing done, it's atrocious. If... you ask for it to be fixed it only gets worse. I felt terrible being disappointed, because that's the type of person I am. I wasapologizing and trying to work with them on what could make it look better, but they really jacked it up more in some of thethings that needed fixed. The person I had pick the cakes back up had to sit there and listen to them being ugly about thesituation. Read more
