Fabulous food, and the service was very friendly! I highly recommend this place!
I love their combo kebab platter but since last few visits they are not properly cooking the meat. I went there on this Sunday... and told them please cook the meat well especially the steak kebabs and same thing happened it wasn?t properly cooked frominside it was more like burnt. When I told them it is not cooked well the girl over there was not listening and told me that itis well cooked it?s because of fatty meat I?m like seriously it?s not eatable. Then she rudely ask me what you want I told herif you can cook well I?m ok for replacement but then she is like it will take 20 minutes but I?m not sure if that will be sameor not. I told her to refund my money she did refund but overall her attitude in processing the refund wasn?t good. She was likewe don?t had any problems in past bla bla. I personally feel their staff is very very rude even sometimes when I order via phonethey don?t know how to talk to a customer. The staff here are terrible. They all have an attitude like its a bother to take and make your order. The lamb gyro meat is just... frozen patties they heat up quickly, chicken is frozen too. There's a guy with dirt blonde hair and glasses, he can't even bebothered to respond to thank you or have a nice day. The owner can't be genuine at all, even for regulars and delivery drivers. Got the falafel platter. Ordered extra white sauce in case it was dry, and still had barely a drizzle. It was so dry I only ate... about a third of the platter. I would only order again if I had my own container of tzaziki at home. The samosa was super goodthough. Read more
