The food was excellent. Everything was hot. From the appetizers (Creek Rolls and Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp) to the meals (mushroom... Swiss burger and pulled pork flatbread), we would order all of it again. Beer was appropriately carbonated and poured (we?ve hadtwo experiences at other local restaurants recently where they couldn?t do a draft beer that wasn?t flat). 4 of us spent an afternoon on the patio on a Saturday afternoon. 2 burgers, roast beef sammie, pizza rolls. Meh Fries are... seasoned. Slaw wasn't crisp and was drowning in sauce. My med rare burger was more like med well, and they toasted all 3 rolls.Yup, even the beef roll. So the rolls were dried out and were like eating toast. Very unimpressed by all 4 in our group. TLDR: Great food, Pleasant Servers, Accommodating chefs, clean dining area, busy bar area. Fed 5 people with leftovers for $111... plus tip WNY has so many wonderful places to eat that our bar for quality is higher than one might expect for a region oursize. Take that into account when I say buffalo creek is one of the best restaurants in the area. The packed bar almost scaredmy family off but I insisted we try the place after a family member gave a rave review about how good the food was. I earnedsome reputation points because everyone agreed that the food was absolutely wonderful. Service here was some of the best we'vehad. Our server Gabby was kind and attentive without being overly bothersome. Chef Andrew came to our table to chat about hiscraft. Cooking is a passion of his and it shows. He's willing to make adjustments to taste and even offered to make specialdishes if we called ahead next time. All things considered Buffalo Creek just became one of my family's go to places.
