Today I had a unpleasant employee who insisted I said please to her. All ended up I left the queue and drove away. She started... to tell me to remain in the vehicle for the interior clean and asked me for what to focus on. I said everything as last time wasa sloppy cleaning. And that I hoped they would get in done in a hurry. So she believe I accused her of being slow and asked meto use the word please. Why should I when I pay for the job and normally leave good tips. I told her to wipe of what she wrote ,so I could leave. It only turned her very sarcastic towards me. Have been there many times. But this certain person blow mymind. Read more

Today is my birthday and I was not having the best day, but I came to Delta Sonic for a few services. I got a car wash done and... a detail. Apart from that, I saw that my tire pressure light was still on and thought I could try to fill my tire (even though Ihave never done that). I just so happened to go to the Lube Shop since it was right there and I was approached by the manager,Drew, who assured me that he could help. Instead of letting him just do it for me, I asked if he could show me how to actuallydo it so that I know. He was so kind and patient. He made my day just a little bit brighter by this experience. I used to be very happy with Delta Sonic in general but it seems that they care only how to get more customers and do not care... at all about their old customers. I've had for years unlimited plan with them for my two cars... All begun with $16.99... Indifferent times the price would go up and eventually end up at $40+ (with tax). Recently I sold one of my cars and unfortunatelyit was my first car but the price on that one was still $24something. So, I called to see if there is any option to adjust theprice for the one that I own now and they say - NO! That is a corporate policy! ???? At this point they are grabbing newcustomers at $12.99 but be aware that soon you will be stuck with $40! Of course, I canceled my plan since there is no anyunderstanding or other option. RESPOND TO THE OWNER: That simply can not be true since I used your services almost identicallyon both of my cars. The other thing, it never happened I got discount after summer season when i would go to carwash once amonth. There were couple of months I wouldn't go at all since we travel and were not home at all for two months! Not really niceof you.. :( Read more

With my card, I get discount on gasoline, unlimited car washes and interior cleaning. Restrooms are clean, there's a Tim Hortons... and Brick Oven deli inside too. Oil changes are also available. Read more
