I have always loved this location. After today, I won?t be able to ever come back. I was completely mortified to get halfway... through drinking my latte before I noticed something dark in my drink. There was a dead fly floating around in my latte. Gross. Read more
Do not go here at all!! Very very very terrible service! In the morning, the boy working drive thru was soooo rude, He throws... sugar in customers' faces!! no respect in this place! They will be angry if you ask for straw or sugar...That guy was very rude,unfortunately, his unpleasant behavior was with me today!! Iris was fantastic! We had a problem with being double charged, since her manager was not available, she went out of her way to... give us a discount and help resolve the issue right then and there. We really appreciate her efforts, and this store for alwaysproviding us with amazing coffee, and service! Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE I would not recommend this location especially in the mornings they are to damn slow. I loved... working as barista so when there's two cars including myself in drive thru it shouldn't take so long and the boy working drivethru was very rude and almost shut the window on me without my straw rudely and this was this morning!
