Been to this location several times since it opened earlier this year. I pull in on my way to work around 6:30am. Unlike other... Krispy Kreme locations I?ve been to (even overseas) I?ve not once seen a donut being made on the conveyor. Nor have I everpicked up a dozen from this location that was even remotely warm. That?s one of the things I enjoyed about their donuts. Thentoday I walk in and tried to order a dozen glazed and I was informed they were out of glazed. Seems that would have been agood time to kick on that donut machine behind her but no? I?m thinking it?s either just for looks or the only person that canturn it on works 1 day a week and that day isn?t today. I know in the big scheme of things this is pretty minor. But seemslike if I was in the business of making and selling donuts? I should be making and selling donuts instead of offering what?sleft. Read more
I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The cream filling are my favorite. My wife loves the glazed. So happy that there?s a... new location next to me. The gentleman that first started helping me was very polite respectful, great customer service. When atall female manager came over she didn?t greet me she didn?t thank me. Poor customer service. I had stopped by to grab some doughnuts for my family and I back in March. They gave me this amazing thing in the drive thru... that gives us 1 free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts each month for a year! Not too shabby! Acquired a dozen birthday donuts for my wife here on a Friday afternoon. Pretty slick drive through. Staff was nice and you can... tell they get busy here. Good luck on the weekends.
