Holy smokes the service is absolutely terrible and agonizing. Waited 20+ mins for an online order placed at 10:38am (mind you I... was going to work so time is sensitive) and from observing, about 7-8 people got their order before mine as they have orderedafter my order. Rudest cashier ever. I?m an ex sbux partner (2015-2021) and came in for my birthday drink, she clearly couldn?t find the... birthday discount button and was bringing her frustration out on me. Kept asking me to scan my card for me to pay and I was justtrying to help her ?it?s for the birthday drink - it?s just to scan to see if it?s my birthday - I?m not actually paying.?
