Hi my name is Tony I like to find good sandwich shops around the east coast and I have to say this one is in my top 3, excellent... customer service, wonderful decor and the food was amazing. My first time so I can't give it a 5 star. The chowder is definitely the best I had so far. Busy place, people like it.
Workers are extremely rude...We were waiting in line for about 20 minutes to pick up an order and Andy ( working at the... register) purposely ignored us standing in line . When asked if we should have waited in a line, we were told that we can waitoutside for our food next time for all he cares and that is how they role their at NY Deli. By the time we received our food,it was cold. Owners / workers that treat their customers like they do not matter do not deserve anyone's business. Make sure ifyou choose to stop at NY Deli that you have an extra time to spare because you will be waiting to receive your food until Andyor his crew are ready to cash you out. Had to give a rating but NY Deli doesn't even deserve 1 star. Very disappointed. Read more
