Just wonderful. My first experience with this location, I had ordered a sandwich on the app, but got a message saying my order... had been cancelled, but I noticed they charged me anyway. I went to the restaurant to inquire, and the employee Tina said they'dnever gotten an online order even after I showed her my confirmation and payment. She suggested I contact corporate for a refundbecause this had "literally never happened before", so I left, no big whoop. A couple hours later, Tina called me back and saidthey got the cancelled order and she made me the sandwich, and I could come pick it up if I wanted lol. I lived close enough, soI did. She felt soo bad for the back and forth even though it wasn't even her fault, and she was SO SWEET! She even gave me acouple free treats! Went again today, she chatted me up so lovely, and my sandwich was AMAZING. Its just so nice to see thekindness in people even if they aren't having the best day. What a kind hearted woman! They had a decent selection, but prices have gone up since the pandemic. You also HAVE to choose a tip when paying.
Worst customer service i had at subway in my life. Lady who is working here is so horrible. I understand people have their bad... days but if you are not up for it than don't do a job with people. I felt compelled to tell the employee named Genesis (sp) that she was the best worker at any place I have ever been to. If she... wasnt making a sandwich than she was cleaning or wiping down something that was already clean. I told her and the other femalelady I forgot her name that they had the cleanest place and the owner of the truck stop walked in to wash his hands. I than toldhim just how great my experience was there. Parking with a trailer kinda sucked but my lunch made up for it. Read more

August 15, 2022 I had a nasty encounter with a Caucasian sales person that I know was racially motivated. I refuse to spend my... hard earned money with someone that is as unprofessional as she was. She should lose her job, because this location being at atruck stop she will have to deal with more people of color, and subway deserves somebody better to represent them.
