This is not the first time I give a bad review. Only reason why is because it?s the only DD near my home (Literally) one block... away ???????????. First time was bad customer service from the own manager. This time it was because I ordered ahead everymorning before going to work and it?s not the first time it?s happens it?s like the 3rd time. I order medium iced coffee withthe creams and 3 swirls of hazelnut but there?s not swirl in the coffee. It?s upsetting how I have to toss a coffee I buybecause they don?t add the swirl.
