The time I stayed in this Inn the outside area which is a gas station smelled like manure. The check in was done inside the... convenience store associated with the gas station. The person who checked us in took forever, messed up and ended up charging ustwice by two different entities. Fortunately we called them a few days later and the illegitimate charge was reversed. I am impressed every time I stop there for a quick lunch, how pleasant, courteous and helpful the waitresses are. I appreciate... the fact that even their deep fried food item are not a bit greasy, food tastes good, is hot always promptly served. Read more

Was up here in Westby to visit family for Christmas. We didn't stay at the hotel, but we went for Breakfast at the Grill, and... the food and Service was Awesome! Kudos to the Tall blonde guy the kitchen, he does a wonderful job! The waitress was a littlesnippy, but overall she did a great job too. Will definitely be coming back next time I visit the family. The fish was delicious. The salad bar wad just okay-not great. Cole slaw was runny. Cheese spread was dried out and looked old.... The rolls were dried out. The lettuce was almost out and wasn't refilled while we were there. The waitress did a very good job. Read more
