I give them 2 stars because the pizza isn't discussing and the store is clean and the staff are friendly. It just seems like the... quality of food no matter where you go the last year or two has substantially gone down the tubes. When I order a pizza and Ipay for extra toppings I expect to get the toppings that I paid for. Me and a couple friends ordered a large pizza withpepperoni mushroom green pepper and bacon. As you can see by the largest slice out of the large pizza there is barely anytoppings on it. The only real toppings you can actually see is the pepperoni and even the pepperoni is scarce it looks like afrozen pizza. And why would a pizza shop dice their vegetables up in little tiny cubes the way that they're doing now I'll tellyou why because they can skimp on toppings and not give you nearly as much as what you're paying for. Second time I have been screwed by this jets ., First time my order was literally 2 hours late where I had to go get my son... something else to eat because they didn?t show for so long, then I denied the order because like I said I had to go out and findsomething else to eat. Then tonight my bf and I just got home from a 2 day road trip with no food in the house, so we ordered 2Italian Deli boats. This is what arrived. No lettuce, no tomato, no Italian dressing , a few pieces of meat and cheese ..Withmarinara?? Sooo disappointing.. please avoid this location. Read more

I was in the area attempting to try the brand new DiCarlo's Pizza. It's been the talk of the Pizza Connoisseurs group on... Facebook lately. Well, I got there and it was too busy so I came here and let me tell you this - I'm glad that I did. I hadJet's before, but it's been a while. There's no such thing as Detroit Style Pizza in the West. Found one place that soldSicilian, but Detroit Style is a lot better if you ask me. The dough was perfect. Nice and crispy. Service was good too. Iwalked in, the kid working was super polite and said they'd get it right out. One of the owners, Al, brought me the pizza andthanked me for the business. Always cool to see a franchise where the owners work. Not something you see every day. The bestpart of Jet's Pizza are their prices. A Deep Dish can easily fill you up in the way that a normal Thin Crust Pizza you find atother shops can't ----- because there's more dough! I was just getting it for myself and a small was enough to fill me up! I'mgoing to start eating at Jet's more. Probably won't make it to this location but the experience here was amazing. Read more
