When you've been here enough times because you work almost next door, and the staff start to greet you by name, (or by "the... mattress guy"), it can have a larger impact on someone than one may think. I, for one, love it. Multiple staff here at thispoint are quick to happily greet me, personally, when I walk in. It seems it put me in good enough mood today to actually writea review! Unbelievably rude service. The manager, Rich, hung up on me before I could even ask my question, and when I called back, he... launched into a lecture about how busy they were. All I wanted to know is how I would receive confirmation of a refund?email,text, etc?just wanted to confirm. If he had just let me ask my question the call would have been over quicker than lecturing meabout his problems with understaffing. Don?t waste your time. Ordered a whole salad. There clearly wasn't enough lettuce and other contents to fill the bowl and much of the lettuce that was... in there was wilted. They gave me a huge baguette in an obvious attempt to get me not to notice the lack of salad. If you don'thave enough stuff for a salad, just say that.
