I orderd an Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato via UberEats and I did not receive it, I received what is in the picture I... included..This is not the first time this restaurant has messed up my order. the only reason I gave this place a chance isbecause it was the only one available on UserEats at the time. I called up the manager and the cat seemed to get his tongue, hecould not explain to me why this happens to me all of the time. I asked if it happens all of the time to the other customers andhe was too flustered to even answer. (I am assuming no, by all of the great reviews on Google). It is very upsetting to me thatthis does happen to me all of the time. He said I could come to the restaurant and they can fix it for me...(the reason Iordered delivery is because I don't want to leave my house, as I am working from home) So now I can't order Starbucks on UEbecause all locations are currently unavailable or too far away to deliver. Drive thru line was super long. Decided to order online and pick up inside. Took 45 minutes to get my small order. There were... many workers, but most of them were standing around doing nothing. Many people standing around waiting for their orders. Mydrink had been sitting on the pickup counter without a lid for awhile and I asked someone if they could put a lid on so I couldleave and the worker just looked at me and walked away. Read more
Found this location as I was staying at a local hotel. The building consists of the main ordering stop and there is a side area... with about 6 tables to sit at. After ordering a sandwich and coffee I sat down and connected to the free Wi-Fi that worksgreat. There are also several tables outside the front door if you want fresh air. Read more
